Insurance & Extended Health Benefits
Services provided by a social worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) may be eligible for coverage through extended health benefits or private insurance. Coverage varies between plans, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider before booking to confirm your coverage and any requirements for reimbursement.
Receipts are provided for insurance claims.
Additional Professional Services $41.25 per 15 minutes
Work outside of a scheduled service, such as additional documentation, extensive correspondence, or coordination, may be billed in 15-minute increments when discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Community-based support may be available when meeting in the community is helpful or necessary. Availability depends on location and scheduling. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and will be discussed in advance.
Community-Based Support
24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours' notice: $50
Missed appointment: $100
Fees may be waived at my discretion in the event of unexpected circumstances or emergencies.
